When painting a wall, when should you remove the blue tape? Before, or after the paint dries?

I would recommend removing the tape as it is drying. If you remove when it is fully dry, it may peel away some of the paint as you take it down. When painting a wall, when should you remove the blue tape? Before, or after the paint dries?
So far, everyone is correct. Remove the tape as it is drying and you will get a nice clean line. With latex paint, you can start removing in 15 minutes (depends on the humidity - look for the paint starting to get a ';skim'; covering.) If you wait for the next day, you might peel off some of the dry paint. When painting a wall, when should you remove the blue tape? Before, or after the paint dries?
Remove the tape before - otherwise, the paint can pull off in areas that you meant to cover with paint.
Remove before otherwise the dries paint will chip I promise I know that from experience and what a pain to go through all that work only to have to re-touch the very same day!
