So far, everyone is correct. Remove the tape as it is drying and you will get a nice clean line. With latex paint, you can start removing in 15 minutes (depends on the humidity - look for the paint starting to get a ';skim'; covering.) Remove the tape before - otherwise, the paint can pull off in areas that you meant to cover with paint.
Remove before otherwise the dries paint will chip I promise I know that from experience and what a pain to go through all that work only to have to re-touch the very same day!
