What type of paint would be needed for an on-the-spot wall painting contest?

hi! we're planning a wall painting contest some time soon and i was just wondering what do we need to paint a cement wall...

which is better acrylic or latex? do we need to use some kind of thinner or something? Thanks! What type of paint would be needed for an on-the-spot wall painting contest?
I have used artist and craft acrylic as well as latex house paint together on a mural. Just make sure they are all either matte, semi-gloss, or gloss or the painting will look funny with some shiny and some dull places. Latex house paint is a slightly altered form of acrylic anyway. What type of paint would be needed for an on-the-spot wall painting contest?
grey
I perfer Acrylic it is easy to blend colors and drys quickly when adding layers of color, can thin or thicken depending on the artists need, can also use a glaze, options and opportunities are endless when playing with color. Hope you win your contest.
I prefer acrylic because I like the texture more. but I think Latex would be better for this project. Acrylic is a paint that you have to get use to.
